Hello
Would you like to do a Joint Venture with me? I’ve got my
Olympic Giveaway event set up and it’s ready to start taking
on JV partners. I’m opening this up to you first {!name}, as a
member of my list. I will then be actively seeking more JV
partners later on in the week.

If your not sure what a giveaway event is, or why you would
want to be involved in one here is a quick(ish) overview:
What happens at a giveaway event is that a whole load of
marketers get together and offer you free gifts. Now, sad as
it may seem they are not just doing this out of the goodness
of there hearts! If you request a free gift from one of the
marketers you will have to supply your name and email address
to them and it will be added to their email list.
Each marketer is required to promote the event to their own
lists. So lets say for example 100 marketers join an event and
each one has on average a list of 1000 (both values pretty
conservative). That would mean 100,000 people would get to
hear about the event. Of that 100,000 say only 10% actually
visit the giveaway. That’s 10,000 people looking at the free
gifts offered by the marketers and potentially being added to
their lists! And as every one knows “The money is in the list”
Hopefully this shows you why you should want to be involved in
Olympic Giveaway. It will help you to grow your list and in
turn your income.

What If I Don’t Have A List?
Every marketer involved in a giveaway event is required to
promote it (that’s only fair after all!). So if you don’t have
a list already this could be a bit of problem but there are
other ways to promote a giveaway event. Here are a few:
* Safelists
* Traffic Exchanges
* Text Ad Exchanges
* VirulURL, List Effects etc
* A post on your blog
* Forum post signatures
* MySpace, Facebook, Twitter etc
I’m sure you could think of some more. The thing is {!name},
you only have to worry about this once, because after your
first giveaway event you’ll have a list you can promote to. So
for any future giveaway events it’s not a problem. This can be
a great way to kick start you list building.

What Do I Need, To Join Olympic Giveaway?
You need to have some sort of gift to give away that people
will want. You need a squeeze page to collect name and email
addresses and you will need an account with an autoresponder
service. That’s it really.
I will be putting together some videos to show you the whole
process of setting up your gift, squeeze page, autoresponder
and ways to promote Olympic Giveaway over the coming weeks
leading up to the launch on Friday 8th August.
If you’ve got a list, this will be a great way to increase
it’s size and if you haven’t got a list you really should! So
this is a great way to start.
